Environmental Energy Consultants Energy Audit is 100% Tax Deductible. Missouri Tax Deduction Missouri tax payers who have had a Qualifying Energy Audit performed on their home may claim an individual income tax deduction for the cost of the energy audit and the cost of implementing energy-efficiency recommendations contained in the audit. The maximum deduction is $1,000 per year, or $2,000 cumulatively for multiple years
