NOTE: Registering is a 2 step process.

To reserve a space and to receive important study materials and information pertaining to the training, course participants must provide Environmental Energy Consultants, LLC with a

If paying by personal check, a deposit of half the cost of tuition can be sent. Remaining balance of the tuition is due 2 weeks before the first day of class.

If paying by personal or company check, allow 10 days for check clearing, payable to and send to Environmental Energy Consultants P.O. Box 1232 Washington, MO 63090

PLEASE NOTE OUR CANCELLATION POLICY

SUSTAINABLE BUILDING & LIVING WORKSHOPS

Cancellation Policy: Environmental Energy Consultants requires a 50% deposit of tuition cost if paying by personal or company check to reserve your class space with the remaining 50% due 14 days prior to the 1st day of class.

Students who provide an e-mailed cancellation to Environmental Energy Consultants, LLC. 14 days prior to the first day of the course will be refunded the amount received less a 25% processing fee. Cancellations received less than 14 days before the first day of the course will be refunded the amount received less 50% processing fee. Cancellations received less than 7 days before the first day of a course will forfeit the full deposit.

Transferring to another class is encouraged.

Please understand, our classes are kept small to ensure quality instruction and it is difficult to replace a student at the last minute.

BPI CERTIFICATION COURSES ONLY

Cancellation Policy: Environmental Energy Consultants requires a 50% deposit of tuition cost to reserve your class space with the remaining 50% due 2 weeks prior to the 1st day of class.

Students who provide a written or e-mailed cancellation to Environmental Energy Consultants, LLC. and return all study materials unopened over 30 daysbefore the first day of the course will be refunded the amount received less a $100.00 processing fee. Cancellations received less than 30 days before the first day of the course will be refunded the amount received less a $150.00 processing fee. Cancellations received less than 7 days before the first day of a course will forfeit the full deposit.

Opening study materials will forfeit the full deposit as proprietary materials are included!

Transferring to another class is encouraged, but considered the same as canceling a class when made less than 30 days before the first day of the course. The same fees will be assessed as above if transfers are made less than 30 days.

There are no exceptions to this cancellation or transfer policy.
